Ricks Institute welcomes volunteers/ mission teams! The school depends greatly on volunteers and mission teams. We are extremely thankful and blessed for the energy, finances, sweat, and prayer that continue to shape our school especially during these critical times of consistent repair work. Nearly all of our buildings and facilities have suffered the hardships associated with civil war (i.e. looting, lack of maintenance for a long time and destruction of buildings). We are devoted to using the organizations and Christ’s Church around the world to assist us in accomplishing these tasks. Another excitement is that volunteers/ missions teams not only provide needed services but they also go back home passionate about the mission and vision we share at the school. Volunteers become some of our best advocates and intercessors.
Nearly all of our construction needs have to deal with software of the building (i.e. the combination of repair and replacement of roof, doors, windows, electrical wiring, bathroom fixtures, ceiling, plumbing and the painting of exterior and interior of the building). Please note that the apartments and houses needing repairs are campus housing for our staff and faculties.
Thank you for your interest in our work and may God direct your decisions.
